Admission Info: Jarvis Christian College currently operates under an “open admissions” policy. Under this policy, admission to the College is open to all students who have completed the requirements to receive a high school diploma or GED. Jarvis offers programs of study leading to a four-year, liberal arts degree through the divisions of Business and Science and Art and Education. The admissions process requires the initial application and transcripts from both high school and any colleges attended. Physical forms, housing applications, scholarship forms and other documents are also required to be admitted as a full-time, degree seeking student. The ACT and SAT are not required for admission to the College, but are required for scholarship consideration and prior to graduation.
Scholarship/Financial Aid: In addition to its academic programs, Jarvis also has a comprehensive financial aid program for eligible students to assist with defraying the cost of college tuition and fees. Jarvis also offers academic scholarships to students who qualify. To be considered for a scholarship, all prospective students are required to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This information is used as the basis for granting financial aid. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and acceptable scores on the ACT and/or SAT.
